For your convenience and to ensure the most efficient work flow, Minuteman Press of Cambridge offers several methods of electronic job transfer - direct upload to our server, email, or on disk and cd. All options are available to you; however for optimum speed, simplicity and reliability we prefer that you utilize our newly implemented FTP server.

Helpful reminders and detailed instructions, specific to Windows or Macintosh based operating systems, can be viewed in pdf format below. The user name and password contained will allow for login to our general server. If you require a secure or unique folder with limited access we can create one with a specific username and password. Simply contact your sales representative or someone on our Service Team.

Disk and CD
We accept both PC and Macintosh files on the following removable media: CD, Zip, Jaz and Floppy disks. As soon as your files are ready, please contact us via email, phone or by completing the Project Submission Form below. Our Service Team will be delighted to coordinate the pick up.

Project files may be sent as email attachments, but please be aware that the entire message and attachment must be smaller than 2MB in total or it will not be delivered to our mailbox. If at any time you are uncertain as to whether your project would be received by email simply utilize our direct file upload.
